    Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to deliver and improve our services, including payment providers, form providers, analytics tools, cloud infrastructure providers, and AI service providers such as Stripe, Tally, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and similar technology providers.

    International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect personal data.

    Cookies and Similar Technologies

We ask for your choice the first time you visit. Nothing other than strictly necessary storage is set until you make that choice, and you can change it at any time — see “Changing or withdrawing your choice” below.

    Strictly necessary — always on

Required for the site to work. This includes the record of your own cookie choice, stored in your browser’s local storage under the key cookie-consent, and, if you sign in to a restricted area, your session. These are not used to track you and cannot be switched off, because without them we cannot honour your preferences or keep you signed in.

Analytics — off until you allow it

Google Analytics 4, which tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they came from, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics is only loaded after you allow this category; if you decline, the script is never requested and its cookies are never set.

Marketing — off until you allow it

Allows advertising-related storage in Google’s tools, used to measure whether a campaign led to an enquiry. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.

    Changing or withdrawing your choice

Select Cookie preferences in the footer of any page to reopen the settings and change or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, which resets your choice and means we will ask again on your next visit.

    Payment and third-party pages

Checkout is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. Stripe sets its own cookies there, including for fraud prevention, under Stripe’s privacy policy rather than ours. The same applies to any booking or form page we link to that is hosted by another provider.

    Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy:

    • Service data: 5 years after completion of the Service
    • Marketing communications: Until you unsubscribe
    • Legal compliance: As required by applicable law
